Crash Bandicoot Returns might reminds you of great childhood playing crash bandicot with your friends or brothers. Studio Naughty Dog is the man behind it, which currently develop this game and from what I see in their progress, it seems promising. Crash Bandicoot returns using Unreal Engine 4 as the game engine, so it can be posible to deploy it to many kind of console and of course PC itself.

Studio Naughty Dog planned to release the demo of Crash Bandicoot Returns in 2017,  and dont have any plan yet for the final release.

Studio Naughty Dog seems to be a single person game studio, so maybe it will be slow. If you are interested and have the skill to join him to develop this game, maybe you can contact him in indiedb. He looks like a nice person from the discussion I read.

I think I don't have to explain about the game play for too long here, because this is just a remake of the crash bandicoot sequel.
